Returns Eligibility

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering

Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
- If payment was made via cryptocurrency, refunds may be issued in AUD equivalent or agreed alternative based on current market rates
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 12 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as orders may already be processed or shipped
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Shipping Costs
